KERRON STOKES

RE/MAX Central Atlantic and RE/MAX Carolinas

Kerron Stokes joined RE/MAX International as a franchise development consultant in 2002, graduating to assistant regional director. In July 2005 he was named Regional Vice President of RE/MAX Pennsylvania and Delaware Region, a company owned and operated region. In December 2006, Stokes was named Regional Vice President of the Central Atlantic Region, also company owned and operated and which includes the states of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. RE/MAX Carolinas, which includes North Carolina and South Carolina, were added to his responsibilities in April 2007 when RE/MAX International acquired both the RE/MAX Florida and RE/MAX Carolinas Regions.
Prior to joining RE/MAX Stokes was the Urban Director for Denver Area Youth for Christ, and served with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in political science.
While in Pennsylvania and Delaware, Stokes managed franchise sales and office relations for his region which experienced a 13 percent net gain in sales associates in 2006. Offices and agents in the Region achieved and remained number one in listings sold in the state of Delaware, and in many counties in Pennsylvania, including Bucks, Berks, Montgomery and the city of Philadelphia.
Stokes is very involved in the local community, donating time and resources to Companies for Kids, Denver Police Athletic League, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Junior Achievement, and Global Refuge Internaitonal. He and his wife Melissa serve on the Executive Committee for Costa Rica Outreach and have one son, Keenan.
